Our Hospitality Packages includes exclusive studio access, use of our separate meeting space and refreshments upon arrival.

This setup allows team members to wait or work comfortably in the meeting room while individuals are invited up to the studio one by one for their shoot. Bespoke arrangements can be made including branded backdrops to ensure a cohesive style that you are able to take away with you or we will store it at the studio.

With this package we are able to offer and facilitate pre arranged team building activities and speakers or strategy sessions, tailoring the day to your team. Optional add ons including black-and-white edits and minor retouching can be added. Ideal for team-building, larger teams, away days or simply refreshing headshots in a cohesive, branded style.

These packages include unlimited high-resolution, full-colour images delivered to each team member within 24 hours.

Half Day Session

Perfect for smaller teams, our Half Day Session gives up to 8 people the chance to refresh their professional headshots in a relaxed, private studio. With dedicated time for each team member and exclusive use of our space, it’s a brilliant mix of productivity and team-building.

Full Day Session

Ideal for larger teams or away days, our Full Day Session offers a full studio experience with more time per person and the added bonus of a catered lunch. It’s the perfect way to combine professional headshots with a memorable, team-focused day.
